Hittills lever amerikanarna upp till våra förväntningar på halloween, även fast det är nästan 2 veckor kvar. Vi gick förbi ett par pyntade hus, här är det som var mest "all out"

We slept for so long this morning, almost to noon, then we had American pancakes to breakfast with loads of syrup, it was amazing! Then we went to a flea market and bought some stuff, after that we took a stroll along the river on Long Island side to see Manhattan. GORGEOUS. Then we went on a gospel service and that was quite something!! We had a beautiful weather, a bit cold and windy though, but the sky was so clear!

Then we got some coffee and it was delicious, can't be sorry for the view either ;)

Our train stop is 36th Street, or 36th Ave, depending on which train. Quite confusing but we are getting a hang of it!

Now we are just gonna relax and enjoy the Internet we've been missing out on. Ever heard of FOMO? That's us right now ;) can't wait for tomorrow!

So Saturday and Sunday has been great!! Well the beginning of Saturday was a bit stressful, trying to get from Times Square to Cat's apartment in Queens, by the subway..! Even though the train we were supposed to take was cancelled and there were so many lines to choose from we managed to get to the apartment with the help from the kind locals!

Then we finally made it !!!

From here and down is the rest from our Saturday, meeting Cat, going round in the "neighborhood" and just having a great time!!

Then we bought a pineapple on our way home and made fresh piña coladas
